The CD gives our view on the best way to implement, including a commitment to time & cost. The CD is valuable as a design (unpacking objectives, dependencies, key features, etc.) even if you choose not to go ahead with Eeli.io for the implementation.
The Product Catalyst is focused on an experimentation framework for incubation of new products. It starts from initial ideas through to execution and delivers on everything required to bring a new product to an existing market.
The Market Catalyst helps a business to drive new revenue by opening up a new market or distribution channel. The solution will include product but this isn’t the focus.
The Platform Catalyst is focused on modernisation by moving from a legacy platform into the Eeli.io ecosystem. The solution will typically ensure delivery of existing products through existing channels and adding a digital channel. It includes migrating data from an existing PAS.
